The Anvils will be on Rhyme and Reason this coming sat the 28th, you have to tune into Metro fm from 18:00 till 22:00 as you know for sure your boys will be in the building. We had promised that we will bring you footage of the gig as soon as we had them edited. well thats kinda true, but you will have to go on to CapCityTV.blogspot.com for the videos and enjoy your VIP pass to some of the country's dopes hiphop footages. This will have weekly episodes of various shows that our affiliates will be doing. lookout for:

• Beat Oven's Fresh From The Oven Show, which will take you through a number of things that he's busy with including some of the various mixes he continues to blaze live for the various gigs he plays at, how he prepares for those, his interviews with cats who will be contributing to his upcoming fresh from the oven vol 6, how he laces beats and in studio recordings of some of the tracks he continues to work on. also he will be addressing some Facebook fam requests and we will follow him on his quest to make some of the requests happen. it sounds like this cat is gonna be busy like a ......yeah so watchout. also he will have some exclusive footage from the making of the vol 4, which was meant to be put out as a DVD, but yeah bloggin is easier and much better, so we will stick with that for now.

• Nveigh's The Cipher with 30 g's where N-vizzle will be inviting some of the cats he hangs out with including some of the cats who will be getting featured on his upcoming 730 album to cipher with him. He will be spitting a new verse every week for this show specifically. he will then chill some some of the cats he's ciphering with to chop it up with them about what they doing etc. ofcourse y'all will be getting exclusives regarding his upcomign 730 album thats in the works, his in studio moments, recording chosing beats, discussing ish with the producers etc, im also very excited about this 1

• Blaklez's Real 2 Reel where he will be, eish i dont know if i should be saying all of this, but yeah for breakdown's sake i will. he will be inviting various personalities into studio and interviewing them about a host of things, including some of their lyrics and what exacty was going through their minds when they wrote them, and you will see that he would have gone through these lyrics with a fine comb to identify some things that dont really make sense to him and would like to ask these questions on behalf of the listeners. along with this feature, he will also be dropping exclusive material from his upcoming mixtape and album. ladies and gentlemen welcome to the world of the raping journalist, eyeyeeeee.

Fram Cap City to your City (review)

Well the 25th came and went, with an ish lot of hickups if I had to say so myself. the one thing that really ticked me off was the fact that people came out in numbers and people wanted to enjoy themselves and guess what, technical glitches, fck.............................

sometimes my love hate relationship with hiphop can be draining, sometimes i just feel it would be best if we parted ways. ok, im getting too emotional, this is about the review of the event, the best way for me to do that is through putting up pics and the live performance videos will follow soon.
